Timers with Elapsed : The Multiple Timer App App Reviews

This program was my first choice of all the timers I reviewed, but then after a month, it started to alarm after odd lengths of time (which were not the lengths I had set!). Furthermore, it was alarming on items that I had DELETED, and driving us crazy with incessant alarms. This does seem to be the only free app with seconds, and the only one that doesnt "disappear" into notifications after alarming, the latter of which is essential for me. But I found the interface to be very unintuitive and difficult to get used to (why cant there be a red triangle to "play" a timer? That would work!). I would not recommend this app. UPDATE: I found the absolute perfect app for my timer purposes which is SOOOO much simpler and faster to use. I am SOOO glad this app bombed on me so I could find "Nag." I really disliked Elapsed from the very beginning, but I **wanted** to love it because it seemed to be the best "free" alarm. I found "Nag" and love so many things about it after struggling with Elapsed. (I am using my timer mostly for household stuff like washing machine, dishwasher, etc). Nag is 99 cents, so I just decided to splurge!

This is by far the Best Multi Timer for Gamers! I tried 15 other timers in App Store and this one blows them all the way. Also support responded to my email within minutes when I had a question.

Only complaint is that the interface somehow feels the need to order the timers by time remaining and their running state. As such, they keep jumping around as you interact with them.

Supports multiple timers, auto-restart, nagging so you dont forget it went off.

This app is really handy. I use it daily to help keep my time spent in the right tasks. Plus the ability to have multiple timers running at once makes this my go to app for tracking almost anything. Love it!

Is it possible to make the app vibrate the iPhone 4s without me having to switch to vibrate mode every time I use the app?

It was harder than I thought to find a timer app that would vibrate on alert. Love the simple interface.

This app is perfect for that summer cookout. You can keep different things on the grill for different times and not have to worry about all the math!

Elapsed is a good timer app that counts down the time. Its great for kitchen & grilling and any other instances when a timer would be helpful. There are ads, however, which I find disappointing for so simple an app.

It works as described. I tried a few others and was disappointed, and am sticking with this one.

We use it for everything from heating the grill to timing the laundry dryer. Simple to customize and simple to use.

Easy to use, works well. My favorite feature is that it tells you how much time youve gone over. Can set it to "nag" you that youre done. Good stuff.

Does as advertised. I use it daily. It could be prettier or have a fancier ui, but this works very well and is easy to customize. I appreciate variations of the alarms -- I mean options with looping, nag, and play alert once. This app was thought through.
